Learning content and goals
Behavioral training in the circle of the most diverse four-legged friends and the encounter with many people, the teaching of basic obedience exercises (leash leadership, free following, sit, down with approach, etc.) and the habituation to traffic, cyclists and joggers is taught in the course.
You will learn to interpret the body language of your dog and many others under expert guidance; understanding around your dog's innate behaviors grows lesson by lesson.
At the beginning of the education of the young dog is "romping around - learning games - classify - obey". Imprinting, socialization, ranking and pack order as well as the prepubescent phase are soon no longer unknown terms for you. Even if we don't see it on the young dogs' faces, their brains develop rapidly during this phase. Individual brain sections are temporarily not available.
What has been learned cannot always be recalled. The frontal lobe, which is responsible for weighing impulses, is one of the last areas of the brain to enter the developed state. Therefore, pubescent dogs find it difficult to resist impulses. This means "being active" in the interest of the young, growing quadruped. His impetuous urge to move must be taken into account; after all, we want to steer his behavior in public into orderly channels and in the process raise him in a manner appropriate to his species to become a member of the "pack association family" who is secure in the hierarchy.
