With pre-registration you may attend all weekly classes as a member and also as a guest member. Seminars with costs will be announced on the website.

Before you can apply for full membership, you must first complete a 6-month guest membership. The board of directors will then decide whether to accept you as a member.
As a full member, cooperation in events and work assignments is desired.
There is the possibility to participate in a trial training, which you should register in advance with the exercise instructor.
