Train together for everyday situations in preparation for the companion dog test. This is the cornerstone for further courses.
How does the course help me and my dog?
Through the course, the basic obedience of your dog will be strengthened and developed, furthermore, your information about dogs will be expanded and improved, which strengthens the dog-human relationship. Also the social behavior of the dog towards his fellow dogs as well as towards humans is strengthened. At the end of the companion dog course is the companion dog test, which is the basis for all further training such as protection dog sport, tournament dog sport, agility, etc..
Learning content and goals
The training to the companion dog is the cornerstone and prerequisite for all further training such as protection dog sport, tournament dog sport, agility, etc.. Here the commands of the basic obedience sit, down, here, stay, etc. are taught and consolidated.
Part 1) is carried out on the training ground of the dog sports club. Leash handling and free following will be tested.
Part 2) is a street part. The dog is tested for its social compatibility with people and other dogs as well as environmental influences.
By passing the companion dog test, you can now participate in training such as protection dog sport, tournament dog sport, agility, etc..

The training, including companion dog test is not limited to the dog. Practice shows that the training of the handler is equally important and usually the most lengthy. We want to motivate dogs to work joyfully with us and strengthen the relationship dog - handler.
In addition to basic obedience, the socialization of the dogs towards people and conspecifics is continued and deepened in the form of group work.
